REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products on the website www.askaichat.app (“Product”) by Codeway Dijital Hizmetler Anonim Şirketi (“Codeway” or “Company”).

The Company offers you a refund right for purchases that are directly made on the website www.askaichat.app (“Website”), if you are not satisfied with the Product provided that the conditions set forth in this Refund Policy are met, in addition to the refund rights that are mandatorily granted by the applicable laws.

To be eligible for a refund, you should contact us to claim a refund within (i) 14 days following your purchase (for monthly and longer-term subscription periods; (ii) 7 days following your purchase (for weekly and bi-weekly subscription periods) that is directly made on the website, and in any event before the end of your subscription period.

If you do not satisfy the conditions of the Refund Policy set out above, the payments you have made are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise mandatorily required by applicable law.

Please be informed that if an alternative refund option other than the one set out in this Refund Policy (such as a free trial option), is presented to you during the checkout process, you will not be eligible for a refund under this Refund Policy.

Note to the EEA, UK or Turkey Residents

If you are a consumer residing in EEA, UK or Turkey, you have a legal right to withdraw from contract of sale or services. However, when you make a contract for the supply of digital content which is is not supplied on a tangible medium from us (such as our Product), (i) you expressly request and consent to an immediate supply of such service by signing up for the Product;(ii)  you agree that such digital content is made available to you immediately by signing up for the Product, and (iii) you give your prior consent to the beginning of the Company’s performance when you sign up; and (iv) acknowledge that you hereby lose your right of withdrawal when you sign up for the Product.

If you have not lost your right to withdraw from the contract, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from contract in a clear and unambiguous manner (e.g. by letter, or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Changes to this Refund Policy

We may unilaterally amend and update our Refund Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. These amendments shall be effective on the date when they are published. You are obliged to follow these amendments and updates and shall be deemed to have agreed with these amendments in case you confirm these amendments or continues to use the Product following the publication.
